BALDUR Real Estate is a lead-generation platform that connects buyers and renters with licensed local real estate agents in the United States. Property data is provided by third-party sources and may not always reflect the most current information.
2. Using the site
You may use BALDUR to browse listings, save searches, and contact agents. You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a contact request, and to use the service only for legitimate real estate inquiries.
3. No brokerage relationship
Using BALDUR does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and BALDUR. Any such relationship is formed only after you sign a written agreement with a licensed agent or broker.
4. Listing accuracy
Listing details (price, availability, photos, square footage, status) come from third-party data providers and are subject to change without notice. Verify all material facts with the listing agent before making any decision. BALDUR is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party data.
5. Fair Housing
BALDUR Real Estate is pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate, and we do not permit our partner agents to discriminate, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
6. Intellectual property
The BALDUR name, logo, design, and original content are the property of BALDUR Real Estate. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. Listing data remains the property of the originating broker or MLS.
7. Limitation of liability
BALDUR is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BALDUR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, third-party data, or interactions with partner agents.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
