What we send

• Geo-matched. We route leads only to agents whose declared specialty matches the property's neighborhood or category.
• Real-time. Leads arrive by email and SMS within seconds of submission, including the property, search context, and consumer contact details.

How partnership works

1. Apply

Send us your license details and your specialty neighborhoods or property types. We verify license status with the Florida DBPR (or the relevant state board) before onboarding.

2. Sign the partner agreement

Our partner agreement is a standard referral arrangement: we send you qualified leads; you pay a referral fee only on closed transactions. No subscription, no upfront cost, no minimum spend.

3. Receive leads

Leads start arriving by email and SMS once you're onboarded. You respond directly to the consumer and own the relationship from first contact through closing.

What we expect

• Active license in good standing in the state where you operate.
• Fair Housing compliance and adherence to your state's real estate regulations.
• Timely response to leads — typically within a few hours during business hours.
• Honest representation of inventory, prices, and your fees to consumers.
• Reporting closed transactions so we can invoice the referral fee.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or syndicate your leads to other agents.
• We do not charge agents a subscription or per-lead fee.
• We do not direct consumers toward specific properties based on demographics or steer in any way that would violate Fair Housing laws.
